Bam Margera appeared to fall off the wagon after fleeing from rehab for the second time.
Video obtained by TMZ appears to show the former “Jackass” star passing out surrounded by a group of men before becoming conscious again.
The footage was filmed after he escaped from his treatment facility on June 25, and sources told the website that Margera went to a sports bar in Pompano Beach, Fla., where he was seen having a few alcoholic drinks.
Margera, 42, then allegedly requested someone take him to the hospital for an injured wrist and requested the person who drove him to snap a photo of him in the hospital bed.
Following the impromptu trip to the medical center, Margera reportedly made his way to a strip club, where he requested the dancers stay away from him because he loves his wife, Nicole Boyd, and 4-year-old son Phoenix.
The evening didn’t stop there, however, as the MTV alum went to a friend’s house to party, which is where the video was allegedly filmed.
Margera was found June 27 and faced an intervention that resulted in him agreeing to be taken to a new treatment facility. TMZ reported at the time that the intervention group had police officers and a crisis intervention team, which included Margera’s mother and father, who held an intervention on the spot.
Margera first reported missing after leaving a facility in Delray Beach on June 13 without authorization. He allegedly told the center’s manager of his plans to exit the premises so he could check into a different rehab, but cops could not locate him.
The “Bam’s Unholy Union” star was found safe on June 15 while hiding out in a Florida hotel room.
