While the Welgun received a nerf in this update, it remains one of the most popular Warzone Pacific SMGs because of its ability to dish out high damage, impressive fire rate, and rapid TTK.

We’ll start off this Warzone loadout by equipping the Recoil Booster muzzle and 320mm SA Shrouded barrel to improve the Welgun’s fire rate and effective damage range. This will allow you to take down foes at a slightly greater distance.
Next, we’ll bring the weapon’s recoil under control with the help of the M1941 Hand Stop and Polymer Grip. the Slate Reflector is a reliable optic, and the Gawain Skeletal stock will buff the weapon’s mobility.
For ammunition, we went with the 7.62 Gorenko 40 Round Magsand the lengthened ammo boosts bullet velocity. Gung Ho lets you shoot while sprinting, and Fully Loaded will ensure that you start off with full ammo.

Best alternatives to Warzone Welgun
If you haven’t unlocked the Welgun yet or are finding it isn’t your cup of tea, Warzone offers a ton of excellent alternatives. The MP40 remains an excellent choice that can eliminate enemies quickly in close-range combat.
The Owen Gun’s damage output is on par with the Welgun’s, but its greater range is what sets it apart, so you can try it out as a viable alternative.
