I remember the entire night up until the point I got tackled, \u201dsaid Tagovailoa, who spoke to reporters Wednesday for the first time since his injury.  \u201cI don&#8217;t remember being carted off.  I do remember some things from the ambulance and the hospital.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The 24-year-old has been out since sustaining the concussion on Sept.  29. In the \u201cThursday Night Football\u201d game, Tagovailoa was slammed hard to the turf by Bengals defensive lineman Josh Tupou in the second quarter and sustained head and neck injuries.  Tagovailoa was stretched off the field and had an MRI the next day.<\/p>\n<p>Four days earlier, Tagovialoa left the Dolphins&#8217; Week 3 game against the Bills with an apparent head injury but cleared a concussion check.
