According to the Associated Press, Breest tested today that Haggis tried to kiss her, backed her up against a refrigerator and asked, \u201cAre you scared of me?\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">\n<p>\tShe then went on give details of the alleged assault.  The AP reports that Breest testified about a painful and terrifying attack that left her \u201creally struggling to comprehend what had happened.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">\n<p>\t\u201cI couldn&#8217;t understand how somebody who seemed like a nice guy would do that,\u201d she added on the stand.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">\n<p>\tBreest later tested that Haggis told her, \u201cYou&#8217;ve been flirting with me for months,\u201d the AP reported.
