This was revealed in a message by the game&#8217;s director Morio Kishimoto, who mentioned how development on the main game had officially been completed.<\/p>\n<p>Here&#8217;s the scoop (via the Tails&#8217; Channel Twitter account):<\/p>\n<aside class=\"object object-tweet\">\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" align=\"center\"><p><span lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">\u26a1 With the worldwide release of <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/hashtag\/SonicFrontiers?src=hash&amp;ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\" target=\"_blank\">#SonicFrontiers<\/a> fast approaching, director Morio Kishimoto announced in this tweet that principal development has wrapped up.  <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/hashtag\/SonicNews?src=hash&amp;ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\" target=\"_blank\">#SonicNews<\/a> https:\/\/t.co\/0WqCLN8Lzz<\/span>\u2014 Tails&#8217; Channel \u00b7 Countdown to Sonic Frontiers (@TailsChannel) <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/TailsChannel\/status\/1583675944757125121?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\" target=\"_blank\">October 22, 2022<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<\/aside>\n<p>As you might recall, Sonic Frontiers was originally intended to line up with the blue blur&#8217;s 30th anniversary in 2021, but Sonic Team decided to postpone it to &#8220;brush up the quality&#8221; of the final product.  This was revealed during an investor Q&#038;A earlier this year:<\/p>\n<p>Veteran Sega composer Tomoya Ohtani has also been putting the <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" class=\"external\" href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/TailsChannel\/status\/1583677158840422401\" target=\"_blank\">finishing touches<\/a> on the game&#8217;s soundtrack.
