The Heisman Trophy voting results are trickling out with the announcement of the top 10 Thursday night.<\/p>\n
Alabama’s Bryce Young, the reigning winner, finished sixth in the voting in 2022. He was not one of the four finalists invited to the Saturday night ceremony in New York.<\/p>\n
Tennessee quarterback Hendon Hooker was at one point the favorite but finished one spot ahead of Young and one spot outside of finalist status after tearing his ACL late in the season.<\/p>\n
The final vote totals will be released after the winner is announced Saturday night.<\/p>\n
Georgia’s Stetson Bennett, TCU’s Max Duggan, Ohio State’s CJ Stroud and USC’s Caleb Williams made the top four.<\/p>\n
A year ago, Alabama had two of the top five in the voting after Will Anderson finished fifth. And in 2020, the Crimson Tide had three of the top five with DeVonta Smith winning followed by Mac Jones in third and Najee Harris in fifth.<\/p>\n
