The 51-year-old Jackass is at the center of a argument over an elaborate prank which may have gone too far

Knoxville – real name Philip John Clapp – is being sued by Khalil Khan for a home prank which he alleges caused him emotional distress according to documents

Khan claims that he was hired via TaskRabbit to do a repair but ended up being accused of killing a pony in a practical joke

The prank victim – who claims the owner of the house was an actor in on the prank – was set to fix an electric dimmer switch.

A lamp went out and a girl – who is alleged to be around 10-years-old and an actor – had accused him of killing her pony as it was on life support

Khan said that Johnny eventually let him in on the gag while expressing that it was good-natured

And though he was offered compensation financially for participating, Khan maintained that he did not find the prank amusing
