Lightfall is getting closer and closer as the days pass by and we are a little over two months away from the next major expansion in Destiny 2. Bungie has already talked about what players can expect in this upcoming expansion, including a brand-new subclass\u2013 Strand, a new destination on Neptune called Neomuna, a new enemy type called Tormentors, and much more.<\/p>\n

Recently, Bungie’s Senior Design Lead, Chris Proctor, and Associate Weapons Designer, Mercules, who was previously one of the hosts of the podcast before getting hired by Bungie, have deep-dived into answering some of the weapons sandbox questions from the community in the latest episode of the DCP Live podcast.<\/p>\n

During the episode, when asked if players could expect any exotic weapon reworks or if any exotics are getting new catalysts in Destiny 2 Lightfall, to which Chris Proctor replied, \u201cSo, actually, we’re doing a big part on subclass 3.0 verbs on exotic weapons. There’s a whole bunch of changes, most of them are of that type, though.\u201d<\/p>\n
