Lamar Odom says drugs were his \u201cgirlfriend\u201d while he was married to Khlo\u00e9 Kardashian.<\/p>\n

In the new trailer for \u201cTMZ Presents: Lamar Odom: Sex, Drugs & Kardashians,\u201d the former Los Angeles Lakers player candidly discusses his addictions while married to the \u201cKardashians\u201d star.<\/p>\n

\u201cDrugs, that was my girlfriend,\u201d Odom tells host Harvey Levin. \u201cI had a wife \u2026 and cocaine.\u201d <\/p>\n

The former NBA star, 43, says he \u201chad\u201d to tell Kardashian, 38, about the depths of his abuse for at least \u201cpart\u201d of the marriage because he couldn’t \u201chide that forever.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cI mean, behind the scenes I put her through some s\u2013t,\u201d he says as he puts his head in his hands. \u201cThe things that y’all think y’all know is crazy. But the stories that y’all don’t know is really crazy.\u201d<\/p>\n
