{"id":163712,"date":"2022-12-21T00:39:59","date_gmt":"2022-12-21T00:39:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/harchi90.com\/jim-parsons-reveals-the-problematic-80s-teen-hunk-that-led-to-his-sexual-awakening\/"},"modified":"2022-12-21T00:39:59","modified_gmt":"2022-12-21T00:39:59","slug":"jim-parsons-reveals-the-problematic-80s-teen-hunk-that-led-to-his-sexual-awakening","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/harchi90.com\/jim-parsons-reveals-the-problematic-80s-teen-hunk-that-led-to-his-sexual-awakening\/","title":{"rendered":"Jim Parsons reveals the problematic &#8217;80s teen hunk that led to his sexual awakening"},"content":{"rendered":"<div itemprop=\"articleBody\">\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Beloved actor Jim Parsons&#8217;s latest revelation may leave queer fans feeling some <em>growing pains.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>On last night&#8217;s episode of <em>Watch What Happens Live, <\/em>host Andy Cohen engaged in his usual silly banter and prodded Parsons with a barrage of questions on random topics during a playful round of \u201cOutside the Actor&#8217;s Studio,\u201d a parody of the questions the late James Lipton asked thespians on the long-running series <em>Inside the Actor&#8217;s Studio.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>While Cohen began the <em>Spoiler Alert<\/em> actor&#8217;s inquisition with an innocuous question regarding the last text he sent, the next one dove into Parsons&#8217; sexual awakening as a gay man.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWho was the celebrity that gave you your first boner as a kid?\u201d  Cohen asked in a serious voice.<\/p>\n<p>Parsons chuckled and stumbled a bit before disclosing his controversial answer.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cLook, the best guess I could probably give you is that I did think Kirk Cameron was awfully cute when I watched <em>Growing Pains,\u201d <\/em>the 49-year-old said.  \u201cSo maybe things arose then.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>watch.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><div class=\"ast-oembed-container\" style=\"height: 100%;\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Jim Parsons Felt Intimidated By Kevin Costner\u2019s Star Power | WWHL\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/r58B13t1fO8?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/div>\n<\/p>\n<p>No one could fault Parsons for his teen lust at the time.
