After signing the No. 2 class in the country during the early signing period, Georgia continued to upgrade its 2023 roster on Thursday, adding a pair of wideouts who led their respective SEC programs in receiving this season. first came RaRa Thomas, from Mississippi State. Then former Missouri wide receiver Dominic Lovett signed to play for the Dawgs next season, and both ESPN and Pro Football Focus see him as the No. 4 overall player in the transfer portal and top pure wide receiver transfer.

Pro Football Focus said of Lovett:

Dominic Lovett was quietly one of the best receivers in college football this season. His 83.7 grade ranked fourth best among Power Five receivers.

Lovett averaged 2.94 yards per route run, tied for the seventh most in the Power Five. Even more impressively, he did that as just a true sophomore, meaning the best could be yet to come.
