Dec.  28 \u2013 kickoff at 4:30 pm The forecast at game time is temps in the 50s,\u201d The statement read.<\/p>\n<p>Memphis has been dealing with some water problems as a result of the weather, with MLGW asking customers to restrict all non-essential water uses as it attempts to solve issues within the water system that began over the past few days.<\/p>\n<p>Arkansas enters the contest with a 6-6 record after losing 29-27 at Missouri in the regular season finale.
