The show takes a pause after this week&#8217;s episode and will return with new episodes later in 2023.<\/p>\n<p>In the previous episode of <em>Yellowstone<\/em>Ryan (<strong>Ian Bohen<\/strong>) and Abby (<strong>Lainey Wilson<\/strong>) hit an obstacle in their road to romance when Ryan is called away for a job that will take him and a couple other Yellowstone cowboys away from the Dutton Ranch for the better part of year.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Related: Everything You Need To Know About the New Season of <em>Yellowstone<\/em>!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Sarah (<strong>Dawn Olivieri<\/strong>) and Jamie plot against John (<strong>Kevin Costner<\/strong>) while Teeter (<strong>Jen Landon<\/strong>) demands Colby (<strong>Denim<\/strong> <strong>Richards<\/strong>) win her a &#8220;bar&#8221; at the local fair.<\/p>\n<p>In the mid-season finale, &#8220;A Knife and a Coin,&#8221; with Sarah egging him on, Jamie goes through with his plan to take down the Governor of Montana\u2014 his father, John Dutton.  Though he faces a new battle with Jamie, John has a request for Monica (<strong>Kelsey Asbille<\/strong>) and lends support to an unexpected friend.  Meanwhile, the Bunkhouse Boys embark on a big change and viewers will be privy to a flashback which reveals a source of Rip&#8217;s (<strong>Cole Hauser<\/strong>) loyalty.<\/p>\n<figure
