Jamie goes through with his plan on the mid-season finale of ‘Yellowstone’.<\/p>\n

As we ring in the new year, Yellowstone <\/em>fans will likely feel a bit gloomy as it also means the mid-season finale of their favorite Western drama. The show takes a pause after this week’s episode and will return with new episodes later in 2023.<\/p>\n

In the previous episode of Yellowstone<\/em>Ryan (Ian Bohen<\/strong>) and Abby (Lainey Wilson<\/strong>) hit an obstacle in their road to romance when Ryan is called away for a job that will take him and a couple other Yellowstone cowboys away from the Dutton Ranch for the better part of year.<\/p>\n

Sarah (Dawn Olivieri<\/strong>) and Jamie plot against John (Kevin Costner<\/strong>) while Teeter (Jen Landon<\/strong>) demands Colby (Denim<\/strong> Richards<\/strong>) win her a “bar” at the local fair.<\/p>\n

In the mid-season finale, “A Knife and a Coin,” with Sarah egging him on, Jamie goes through with his plan to take down the Governor of Montana\u2014 his father, John Dutton. Though he faces a new battle with Jamie, John has a request for Monica (Kelsey Asbille<\/strong>) and lends support to an unexpected friend. Meanwhile, the Bunkhouse Boys embark on a big change and viewers will be privy to a flashback which reveals a source of Rip’s (Cole Hauser<\/strong>) loyalty.<\/p>\n
