The brief footage shows a character walking towards a balcony while a large creature climbs the side of a building.<\/p>\n

It’s claimed that the footage is from a sci-fi third-person shooter that is being developed in Unreal Engine 5.<\/p>\n

Notable leaker DuskGolem has claimed that they have seen \u201ca lot more of the game,\u201d and that the footage is from an older build.<\/p>\n

It’s claimed the game is being worked on through XDEV with an unknown external studio.<\/p>\n

There are few details on the game, but it’s known that Sony is looking to create more live-service games, so this title could be part of that strategic realignment.<\/p>\n

If the leak proves to be real, it would mark the latest in a run of Sony leaks including the Returnal PC port.<\/p>\n

Guerrilla Games’ multiplayer project, which it was recently confirmed, was also outed months before it was confirmed. Guerrilla has long planned to expand Horizon into multiplayer, VGC understands.<\/p>\n

Sources previously said that co-op was initially planned for the first Horizon game but was ultimately scrapped so the development team could focus on other areas of the title.<\/p>\n

A Horizon Zero Dawn remaster for PS5 is also reportedly in development, while it’s been claimed that Lineage and Guild Wars studio NCSoft has struck a deal with Sony to make a Horizon MMORPG.<\/p>\n
