The two have been married for four years and share a 1-year-old son, Sylvester Apollo Bear.<\/p>\n<p class=\"clay-paragraph\" data-editable=\"text\" data-uri=\"www.thecut.com\/_components\/clay-paragraph\/instances\/cl5r7p6sa001a3e6lwcc8848j@published\" data-word-count=\"118\">Ratajkowski, also known as EmRata, has yet to confirm the news, but she&#8217;s reportedly been spotted out and about in NYC without her wedding ring for at least a few weeks.  Fans seemed certain that the gossip Instagram Deux Moi was referencing the model in a few blind items last week about a model whose husband had been cheating on her.  And in a report published Friday, \u201cPage Six\u201d cited a source accusing the film producer of being unfaithful.  In a separate report, <em>people<\/em> also confirmed news of the split, citing a source close to EmRata.  \u201cThey split recently.  It was Em&#8217;s decision,\u201d the source said.  \u201cShe is doing okay.
