Ford recently unveiled its new Raptor R to the world, which is the 700 hp V8-powered monster that has become the most powerful Raptor ever. A V8 powered F-150 Raptor is something Ford fans have been after for quite a while. However, it isn’t cheap, with the base price at the $109,000 mark.

Talented digital car renderer Oscar Vargas has had a crack at creating the Raptor R, just before it was first launched to the world, and he’s made a subtle dig at the price of the truck too.

A Big Truck For Rich People

Vargas was considering trading in his FX4 for the Raptor R but not after he saw the crazy high price tag of the truck. Because of that, he has decided to fill the pickup bed of his Raptor R rendering with lots of gold bullion, a subtle dig that only rich people can afford this truck.

As you might also imagine, Oscar’s rendering is pretty close to the real truck. If you like it, then why not subscribe to HotCars Premium to see what the 2024 Dodge eMuscle could look like in our exclusive digital rendering.

There aren’t too many differences between the render and the real truck. Vargas has gone for quite a striking deep blue color scheme on his render, with the terrain pattern on the back of the truck in white and the Raptor lettering across it.

The R is of course in red to emphasize that this is the Raptor R. The deep blue works quite well, especially with the entirely black front fascia that includes the grille area, the FORD lettering and the front skid plate too. It’s a menacing looking truck.

A Lot Of Weight In The Back

Amusingly, Oscar has added a lot of gold to the back of the truck and as we see in the render, it’s properly lowered the back end down. We can’t make out too many more details, but the hood looks like it has the center bulge, and we see the running plates along the side of the truck too to aid getting in and out of it.

It is a great render as always from Oscar, and it is amusing to see the back full of gold. It is a shame, the price tag for this truck is so high, after so many years of people wanting a V8 F-150 Raptor.
