Jordan Peele hasn’t forsaken his cinematic predecessors. <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n On Wednesday, the writer-director of the new film \u201cNope\u201d dished out a hilarious response to a fan who suggested Peele may be the \u201cbest horror director of all time.\u201d <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n \u201cI know this is a hot take but at what point do we declare Jordan Peele the best horror director of all time? Can you think of another horror director that had 3 great films, let alone 3 in a row? I can’t,\u201d tweeted<\/a> the fan, Adam Ellis.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n To reinforce his claim, Ellis shared screenshots of the Rotten Tomatoes scores for Peele’s \u201cGet Out\u201d (98%), \u201cUs\u201d (93%) and \u201cNope\u201d (89%).<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n Although the Academy Award-winning director gained a massive stake in the horror realm with the aforementioned productions, Peele humbly pointed to a veteran filmmaker he thinks holds the crown.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n
