The in-person panels have been packed with news, tearful reunions \u2014 and farewells \u2014 and oh so many trailers.  Luckily, you don&#8217;t have be seated at Hall H to get your first looks <em>The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power <\/em>or <em>I Am Groot \u2014 <\/em>Polygon has put together a running list of the most eye-opening trailers from SDCC 2022, which we&#8217;ll be updating throughout the weekend. <\/p>\n<h2 id=\"aLtqTE\"><strong>Dungeons &#038; Dragons: Honor Among Thieves<\/strong><\/h2>\n<div id=\"TRJE7z\">\n<p><div class=\"ast-oembed-container\" style=\"height: 100%;\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Dungeons &amp; Dragons: Honor Among Thieves | Official Trailer (2023 Movie)\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/IiMinixSXII?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/div>\n<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p id=\"k4ZKv9\">Comic-Con is always a weekend filled with big news and unexpected announcements, but perhaps one of the happier surprises to come out of the event is how great the upcoming D&#038;D movie looks.  The first trailer for <em>Honor Among Thieves<\/em><em> <\/em>is packed with everything that we love about Dungeons &#038; Dragons <em>and<\/em> Chris \u201cThe Best Chris\u201d Pine.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"v99Sgx\"><strong>The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power<\/strong><\/h2>\n<div id=\"1bsWYX\">\n<p><div class=\"ast-oembed-container\" style=\"height: 100%;\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power - SDCC Trailer\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/uYnQDsaxHZU?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/div>\n<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p id=\"bnn5DJ\">The more Amazon shows of us of <em>Rings of Power<\/em>the more excited we&#8217;re getting for the <em>Lord of the Rings <\/em>prequel series.  The latest trailer gives us an even better look at Middle-earth during the Second Age, including where the show will find the dwarves, elves, hobbits, and humans.  And, oh yeah, it also maybe, possibly, could have given us our first look at Sauron.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"uREKDo\"><strong>the Walking Dead <\/strong><\/h2>\n<div id=\"mXpv9d\">\n<p><div class=\"ast-oembed-container\" style=\"height: 100%;\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"TWD SDCC Trailer: Finish the Fight | Returns October 2nd\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/S7h11cC6di4?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/div>\n<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p id=\"XNqIRY\"><em>the Walking Dead<\/em> returns this October to wrap up the series after 11 bloody seasons.  Ahead of the show&#8217;s final eight episodes, AMC released a new trailer that sets up what&#8217;s to come \u2014 and it&#8217;s not looking too great for our heroes.  Then again, would we really have expected otherwise?<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"wZI1jv\"><strong>Tales of the Walking Dead<\/strong><\/h2>\n<div id=\"KmG85y\">\n<p><div class=\"ast-oembed-container\" style=\"height: 100%;\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"TWD SDCC Trailer: Tales of the Walking Dead | New Series Premieres August 14\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/6_bgMHDAmyw?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/div>\n<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p id=\"LOPzft\"><em>Tales of the Walking Dead<\/em><em> <\/em>is the third spinoff of the zombie drama, but the first one to break from the formula and embrace anthology storytelling.  Every episode of the AMC series will tell a standalone tale and primarily center around new characters.  Based on this trailer, <em>Tales of the Walking Dead <\/em>is embracing the freedom of the format, giving us tones and tales we haven&#8217;t seen in this universe before. <\/p>\n<h2 id=\"qpEvCv\"><strong>I Am Groot<\/strong><\/h2>\n<div id=\"6QEf7W\">\n<p><div class=\"ast-oembed-container\" style=\"height: 100%;\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"I Am Groot | Official Trailer | Disney+\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/D7eFpRf4tac?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/div>\n<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p id=\"o1ljNP\">The latest Marvel show to sprout on Disney Plus, <em>I Am Groot<\/em><em> <\/em>follows Baby Groot (voiced once again by Vin Diesel) as he gets into all kinds of adorable adventures on a planet filled with even teenier creatures.  The first full trailer shows Baby Groot embracing his awesomeness, and while there&#8217;s no sign of Rocket Raccoon, the fact that Bradley Cooper is reprising the role means we can expect a family reunion when this five-short series debuts in August.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"nmkdSJ\"><strong>Teen Wolf: The Movie<\/strong><\/h2>\n<div id=\"yFKUW1\">\n<p><div class=\"ast-oembed-container\" style=\"height: 100%;\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Teen Wolf: The Movie | Teaser Trailer | Paramount+\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/okJGAJJI5vk?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/div>\n<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p id=\"YFLsVb\">An early highlight of SDCC 2022, the <em>Teen Wolf: The Movie<\/em><em> <\/em>The trailer took fans back to Beacon Hills, the site of so much otherworldly feuding and flesh-and-blood crushes.  Scott McCall (Tyler Posey) is back, as expected, so the real surprise is the return of Allison Argent, whose death in season three remains shocking after all this time.  at the panel, <em>Teen Wolf <\/em>creator Jeff Davis said the movie would provide an \u201cemotional ending\u201d to his supernatural drama.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"EZBd1y\"><strong>National Treasure: Edge of History<\/strong><\/h2>\n<div id=\"YxW0ir\">\n<p><div class=\"ast-oembed-container\" style=\"height: 100%;\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Teaser | National Treasure: Edge of History | Disney+\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/fmypBY9MlMI?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/div>\n<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p id=\"RxYOjq\">The wait for more <em>National Treasure <\/em>is over \u2014 but instead of a third film starring Nicolas Cage, producer Jerry Bruckheimer is pivoting to the small screen with <em>Edge of History<\/em>, a more \u201cyouthful\u201d take on the franchise.  The first teaser for the series, which comprises 10 episodes, introduces us to the new face of treasure hunting: Lisette Olivera as Jess Morales. <\/p>\n<h2 id=\"p6PHie\"><strong>The Dragon Prince <\/strong><\/h2>\n<div id=\"qcymYS\">\n<p><div class=\"ast-oembed-container\" style=\"height: 100%;\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"&quot;Resurrection&quot; | Season 4 Official Clip | The Dragon Prince\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/nEwkyEf7Xnc?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen title=\"\"Resurrection\" | Season 4 Official Clip | The Dragon Prince\"><\/iframe><\/div>\n<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p id=\"ZQ25pv\">After a three-year absence, Netflix&#8217;s <em>The Dragon Prince<\/em> returned with a compelling first look at season four.
