Manhattan Federal Judge Katherine Polk Failla officially dismissed the filing &#8220;with prejudice,&#8221; meaning the case cannot be refiled. <\/div>\n<div class=\"el__embedded el__embedded--standard\">\n<div class=\"el__storyelement--standard el__article--embed\">\n<div class=\"el__article--teaseimage\"><noscript><img alt=\"Who is Robert Zimmerman?\" class=\"media__image\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/cdn.cnn.com\/cnnnext\/dam\/assets\/160517143708-bob-dylan-electric-large-169.jpg?ssl=1\" data-recalc-dims=\"1\"\/><\/noscript><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>Dylan&#8217;s lawyers on Wednesday claimed the plaintiff failed to present court-ordered documents, including text messages and emails.  Dylan&#8217;s lawyers the, now a woman aged in her 60s in the argument by the initials &#8220;JC&#8221;, destroyed identified evidence directly relevant to the central factual said in this litigation.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Orin Snyder, lead counsel for Dylan, said, &#8220;This case is over.
