Jay Cutler revealed that he ‘threw a party’ after reaching a divorce settlement with his estranged wife Kristin Cavallari.<\/p>\n

The 39-year-old former NFL quarterback on the Wednesday episode of his Uncut With Jay Cutler podcast admitted that he celebrated.<\/p>\n

‘When the settlement came through, I threw a party,’ said Jay, who played for 12 seasons in the NFL primarily with the Chicago Bears.<\/p>\n

‘I don’t recommend divorce for anybody. I’m just gonna go ahead and say that, but, um, it worked out. It worked out for Kristin. It worked out for me, so it is what it is, ‘he added.<\/p>\n

Kristin, 35, and Jay got married in June 2013 and announced in April 2020 that they were getting divorce.<\/p>\n

They have sons Camden, nine, and Jaxon, eight, and six-year-old daughter Saylor together.<\/p>\n

Their divorce has yet to be finalized, a source told Us Weekly in an article on Wednesday.<\/p>\n

‘I would guarantee that you are the first quarterback to get divorced and make money in the NFL off the divorce. Has anyone told you that before ?, ‘Clay quipped as Jay burst into laughter.<\/p>\n

‘I don’t know what I can say, first of all. I don’t know if I made money, I just didn’t … We did OK, ‘Jay said chuckling.<\/p>\n

Kristin in an Instagram Q&A in April revealed that she was ready for a new relationshp and was open to getting married again.<\/p>\n

‘I still very much believe in marriage and I’ve had tremendous growth over the past two years, so I will be entering a new relationship as a different person which really excites me,’ she wrote.<\/p>\n

Jay since their split has been linked to Southern Charm star Madison LeCroy and Jana Kramer, but currently is believed to be single.<\/p>\n

Kristin has been out with comedian Jeff Dye and singer Chase Rice, but lately has been focusing her efforts on self-improvement.<\/p>\n
