And while there are still a few moving pieces &#8211; key transfers, the odd reclassifying recruit, etc.  &#8211; that deadline effectively marks the end of uncertainty heading into the 2022-23 season.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<\/p>\n<p>No longer are schools in the dark on whether their star players will return to school.  Scholarship numbers are less nebulous, and coaches know if their rosters are complete or if they need to do more work to try and fill in holes on the depth chart.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<\/p>\n<p>Late decisions can produce major swings in results.  Last year, Kansas&#8217; <b>Ochai Agbaji<\/b> announced at the 11th hour that he was returning to school.
