The 11th season of Ryan Murphy’s \u201cAmerican Horror Story\u201d will premiere this fall on FX.<\/p>\n

FX chairman John Landgraf revealed the news during his executive Q&A session at the cable channel’s virtual presentation at the Television Critics Association’s summer press tour Tuesday.<\/p>\n

The debut date announcement marks the first news of \u201cAHS\u201d Season 11, an installment fans have been clamoring for info about since Season 10, \u201cAmerican Horror Story: Double Feature,\u201d concluded in October 2021. That 10th season was split into two stories , \u201cRed Tide\u201d and \u201cDeath Valley.\u201d<\/p>\n

Landgraf gave no specific premiere date for \u201cAmerican Horror Story\u201d Season 11 beyond \u201cfall,\u201d though the fact a time frame has been given at all means there’s a good chance Murphy will be sharing the title, theme and cast for the upcoming season in the coming months.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, the second season of FX’s \u201cAHS\u201d spinoff anthology series, \u201cAmerican Horror Stories,\u201d is currently airing on Hulu.<\/p>\n

In addition to the OG \u201cAmerican Horror Story\u201d and \u201cAmerican Horror Stories,\u201d Murphy \u2014 who is close to the end of his current mega overall deal at Netflix, having left his old home at 20th Television for the streamer in 2018 \u2014 and his producing partner Brad Falchuk are also working on another season of \u201cFeud,\u201d another season of \u201cAmerican Crime Story,\u201d and two new spinoffs \u201cAmerican Sports Story\u201d and \u201cAmerican Love Story\u201d for FX.<\/p>\n

\u201cAmerican Horror Story\u201d debuted in 2011 with its \u201cMurder House\u201d installment. The horror anthology, which often includes recurring players Sarah Paulson, Kathy Bates, Evan Peters, Adina Porter and Leslie Grossman, among others, has been renewed through Season 13 at FX. So you’ll have at least<\/em> three more seasons \u2014 including the upcoming 11th \u2014 before Murphy stops giving you a fright.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n
