Chef Andrew Zimmern knows a thing or two about food … and off-the-beaten grub at that. He first broke out in 2016 with Bizarre Foods with Andrew Zimmern, on the Travel Channel. He took us on quite the culinary ride, from experiencing top-to-tail tuna in Tokyo to enjoying three 3-star Michelin Star restaurants in one day in Paris to “savoring” an exotic tarantula dish in New York City.

Since then, he’s continued to blaze a trail. He founded Intuitive Content, a TV and digital production company, debuted the MSNBC series What’s Eating America and the Magnolia Network’s Family Dinner. And this year, Andrew Zimmern’s Wild Game Kitchen premiered on the Outdoor Channel, with episodes focused on venison, bison, rabbit and other gamey delights.

Zimmern recently took time out of his busy schedule sampling delicious fare to sit down and talk us through his Father’s Day wish list, from kitchen essentials to everyday necessities and more!
