Mandy Moore announced on Instagram this Friday that she is pregnant with her second son by Taylor Goldsmith.<\/p>\n

Taylor and Mandy, who married in 2018, are already the proud parents of a one-year-old boy called Gus who Mandy gushed will be ‘the BEST big brother !!’<\/p>\n

The 38-year-old actress went public with the news of her latest pregnancy in the caption of a heartwarming snap of little Gus in a shirt that read ‘big brother.’<\/p>\n

‘I can’t wait’: Mandy Moore is pregnant with her second son by Taylor Goldsmith and broke the news on Friday with a sweet Instagram snap of their firstborn Gus, one<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

‘One incredibly seminal chapter of my life just ended and the next one, as a mother of two, is about to start\u2026 and are we ever so deeply grateful and excited,’ she wrote.<\/p>\n

‘Baby Boy Goldsmith # 2 coming this fall! Tour is gonna be slightly different than I expected but I can’t wait and Gus is gonna be the BEST big brother !! Xo. ‘<\/p>\n

Well-wishers flooded into the comments, including Mandy’s This Is Us co-star Chrissy Metz, who wrote: ‘That shirt is just perfect on Gus!’ <\/p>\n

Mandy, who is also a singer, broke her personal news on Instagram a week before she was slated to kick off a whirlwind North American concert tour.<\/p>\n

News of Mandy’s second pregnancy comes after another milestone – the end of her long-running tearjerker series This Is Us on NBC.<\/p>\n

Milo Ventimiglia and Mandy starred as the parents of the main family on the series, which ran from 2016 until May 24 of this year. <\/p>\n

Late in her first pregnancy she spoke candidly about the anxiety she felt finding out that she was expecting while having endometriosis.<\/p>\n

‘Because of this issue with my uterus, I was very hesitant to believe it and put any stock in it,’ she told Romper. ‘I sort of was holding my breath until 12 weeks.’<\/p>\n
