Her trait di lei, with some small differences, is basically Nightmare&#8217;s S1 only permanent, or Jaye&#8217;s S2.  Like Jaye, her healing di lei appears to be determined based on the actual damage done rather than her ATK stat like nightmare.  This means that against enemies with resistances, she will do less damage and heal less.  Her di lei talent applies Arts damage amplification, which will help both her own healing and damage, and the damage of her di lei Arts allies di lei.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Her S1 is a generic ATK increase skill, for a burst increase in her damage and healing.  Her di lei second skill di lei attacks up to two targets, reduces movement speed, and deals arts damage overtime.  This skill seems to be primarily useful if the multi target slowing is needed.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Since Hibalter is the first member of her archetype, it is difficult to do much guessing about her meta impact, as it will depend a lot on her stats, which will determine her damage and healing potential.  An archetype like this will be potentially useful for players in situations where they don&#8217;t need the full healing power of a healing focused medic, and could use the extra damage support.  However, she still has to compete with the existing medics with great support utility (like Warfarin or Ptilopsis), and it is often the case that making strong Ops stronger is better than adding some chip damage on the side.
