Emails to Griner are printed out by her attorneys and then submitted through the Russian mail system at the detention center, a source with knowledge of the arrangement tells CNN.  The source spoke on the condition of anonymity, due to the sensitivity of the communications.<\/p>\n<div class=\"zn-body__paragraph\" data-paragraph-id=\"paragraph_A09860C6-F558-AA07-E7E5-2BA756D30043\">The two-time Olympic gold medalist was arrested in February at a Moscow airport while playing for UMMC Ekaterinburg during the WNBA offseason.
