The Michigan Wolverines football program is excited to welcome LaDarius Henderson, a transfer from the Arizona State Sun Devils, to their team this summer. The 6\u20194\u201d, 290-pound offensive lineman will join the program with three years of eligibility remaining.<\/p>\n
Henderson was a four-star recruit coming out of high school and had offers from the likes of Alabama, LSU, and Florida State. He chose to attend Arizona State and appeared in nine games as a freshman in 2019. He was a key contributor on the Sun Devils’ offensive line and was expected to be a starter in 2020.<\/p>\n
However, Henderson decided to transfer to Michigan this summer and will join a Wolverines team that is looking to build on a successful 2020 season. The Wolverines went 11-2 last season and won the Citrus Bowl. They are looking to build on that success with the addition of Henderson.<\/p>\n
Henderson is a powerful run blocker and excels in pass protection. He has great size and strength and is a good fit for the Wolverines’ power running game. He also has a good understanding of the game and is a smart player.<\/p>\n
The Wolverines are excited to welcome Henderson to their program and are looking forward to seeing what he can do on the field.
