The Florida State Seminoles offense continued their impressive run of form on the road with a dominant performance in their win over the Jacksonville Dolphins on Saturday. Led by quarterback James Blackman and running back Cam Akers, the Seminoles offense put up a total of 546 yards and six touchdowns in a 48-10 victory.<\/p>\n
Blackman threw for a career-high 439 yards and four touchdowns, while Akers ran for 107 yards and two scores. The Seminoles offense was firing on all cylinders, as they had a balanced attack that included both the passing and running game. This was the third consecutive game they have scored at least 40 points, and they have now scored at least 30 points in seven of their last eight games.<\/p>\n
The Seminoles offensive line was also outstanding, as they allowed just one sack and opened up huge holes for Akers to run through. Akers has now rushed for at least 100 yards in three of the last four games and is proving to be one of the best running backs in the ACC.<\/p>\n

The Seminoles defense has now held their opponents to 20 points or fewer in seven of their last eight games.<\/p>\n
The Seminoles offense has been red hot as of late, and their performance against the Dolphins is a testament to that. They are now averaging 39.3 points per game, which is good for second in the ACC.
