He was rightfully credited as the \u201cstory-by\u201d author at the time, and still is.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Also Read:<\/strong><br \/>&#8216;Top Gun: Maverick&#8217; Keeps Flying High at Box Office With $ 86 Million 2nd Weekend<\/p>\n<p>According to his lawsuit, filed Monday in US District Court for central California, Yonay rightfully filed to re-claim his copyright in 2018, a statutory termination he was entitled to after enough time had passed.
