Mosley, a former star guard at Rock Bridge High, spent the past three years in Springfield, where this past season he averaged 20.4 points per game, plus 6.2 rebounds. The 6-foot-5 guard has been widely rated among the best players available in the transfer portal and was linked to Kansas, Florida and Mississippi State in recent weeks before Mizzou quietly entered the picture.

The MVC standout was among the nation’s best all-around shooters last year, shooting 50.4% from the field, 42.7% from 3-point range and 90.2% from the foul line. He entered the transfer portal after the season and also tested the NBA draft waters before deciding to return for another season in college. In MSU’s 34 games, Mosley scored 20 points or more 20 times this past season, including six games with at least 30 points. He scored a career-high 43 in a loss to Northern Iowa on Jan. 8. He had five games with 10 or more rebounds. As a sophomore, Mosley averaged 19.8 points per game while shooting 38.6% from 3-point range.
