{"id":43298,"date":"2022-06-09T12:18:37","date_gmt":"2022-06-09T12:18:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/harchi90.com\/xbox-game-demos-reportedly-coming-to-xbox-game-pass\/"},"modified":"2022-06-09T12:18:37","modified_gmt":"2022-06-09T12:18:37","slug":"xbox-game-demos-reportedly-coming-to-xbox-game-pass","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/harchi90.com\/xbox-game-demos-reportedly-coming-to-xbox-game-pass\/","title":{"rendered":"Xbox game demos reportedly coming to Xbox Game Pass"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<div id=\"\">\n<h2 class=\"intro\">Microsoft will reportedly make &#8220;several big announcements before Summer Game Fest&#8221; kicks off on June 9th, one of which will be a new game demo feature for Xbox Game Pass.<\/h2>\n<p>According to reliable leaker Tom Henderson over at exputer, Microsoft will be launching this new game demo service to apparently compete against the time-limited game trials included with Sony&#8217;s revamped PS Plus subscription. <\/p>\n<div class=\"customimage\"><picture><source media=\"(max-width: 420px)\" srcset=\"https:\/\/news.google.com\/customimages\/r\/129360.jpg\"><source media=\"(max-width: 670px), (min-width: 900px) and (max-width: 1060px)\" srcset=\"https:\/\/news.google.com\/customimages\/carousel\/129360.jpg\"><\/source><\/source><\/picture><\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<h3>Microsoft reportedly adding demos to Xbox Game Pass<\/h3>\n<p>Henderson says that the new feature will be coming to Xbox Game Pass subscribers &#8220;within the next year&#8221; and will &#8220;begin with a focus on helping independent game developers across the globe.&#8221;  Apparently, developers that join the program will reportedly get data needed for development and compensation from Microsoft. <\/p>\n<p>Elsewhere, Henderson reports that Microsoft will also be announcing that it&#8217;s extending its partnership with Samsung and that Xbox Cloud Gaming will be coming to more countries. <\/p>\n<p>As with all rumors like this, it&#8217;s worth taking it with the customary pinch of salt until it&#8217;s made official.  The report notes that Microsoft will be making these announcements a few hours prior to the start of Summer Game Fest Live on June 9th, so we might not have long to wait.<\/p>\n<p>What do you make of this rumor?
