So I decided to take a step back and delete the app.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>His \u201cbrief return to Instagram\u201d was to bring awareness to the charity stem4, an education program that helps young kids manage their mental health.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThere is an awful stigma against mental health and I know that asking for help and seeking help isn&#8217;t something that we should be ashamed of but it is something that is much easier said than done,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n<p>Holland said that he has tried all four apps in the program and they have been \u201cfantastic\u201d and \u201creally helpful.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Before ending the video, the actor said he was \u201cgoing to disappear from Instagram again\u201d and added, \u201cThanks for your love and support.
