Throw in the changes that will seemingly be introduced with the <!-- HTMLTagInstance html-tag-953a37c2-5bfc-47a6-9051-f5ad8ec54976 -->final iOS 16 version, such as <!-- HTMLTagInstance html-tag-0ebd1205-9534-46a8-8cad-302a2bd3e6ef -->an always-on mode and possibly a battery meter, and it&#8217;s hard not to get excited about Apple&#8217;s next premium phones.<\/p>\n<div>The Cupertino giant could announce the phones on <!-- HTMLTagInstance html-tag-7d0c593a-690a-4dac-bfb9-973f26095f5f -->September 6 so we don&#8217;t have to wait much longer for the new generation.  To make the waiting easier, graphic designer <!-- HTMLTagInstance html-tag-e4866e29-d4bb-471b-8b0f-f8b8d7144aa6 --><a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/AR72014\/status\/1558467672479858690\" target=\"_blank\">@AR72014<\/a> <\/div>\n<div>has posted some iPhone 14 Pro images in the color Midnight on Twitter (via <span style=\"font-style: italic;\"><!-- HTMLTagInstance html-tag-db8149b1-1ad5-45ba-a537-b502f91fe52f -->9to5Mac<\/span>).<\/div>\n<div><!-- ImageTagInstance gallery-47a9ac60-47ad-4da4-b6b5-d709a1c3485f --><\/p>\n<div id=\"gallery-47a9ac60-47ad-4da4-b6b5-d709a1c3485f\" class=\"single-image-container\" style=\"margin: 24px auto; width: 100%\">\n<div class=\"gallery-item\">\n<picture style=\"padding-top: 66.666666666667%\"><source media=\"(max-width: 350px)\" srcset=\"https:\/\/m-cdn.phonearena.com\/images\/articles\/391929-350\/iPhone-14-Pro-concept-4.jpg\"><source media=\"(min-width: 351px) and (max-width: 500px)\" srcset=\"https:\/\/m-cdn.phonearena.com\/images\/articles\/391929-500\/iPhone-14-Pro-concept-4.jpg\"><source media=\"(min-width: 501px) and (max-width: 800px)\" srcset=\"https:\/\/m-cdn.phonearena.com\/images\/articles\/391929-800\/iPhone-14-Pro-concept-4.jpg\"><noscript><img src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/m-cdn.phonearena.com\/images\/articles\/391929-image\/iPhone-14-Pro-concept-4.jpg?ssl=1\" alt=\"iPhone 14 Pro renders based on rumors - Stunning concepts envision iPhone 14 Pro running iOS 16\" data-recalc-dims=\"1\"\/><\/noscript><\/source><\/source><\/source><\/picture>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<p>iPhone 14 Pro renders based on rumors<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div>This is not the first time we are seeing iPhone 14 Pro concept images and we have also seen <!-- HTMLTagInstance html-tag-68d77662-325a-4019-a980-fa58399aef5e -->dummies depicting the Pro models before, but what&#8217;s new in these images is that they envision the iPhone 14 Pro running the latest version of Apple&#8217;s smartphone operating system, iOS 16, and illustrate what new features, such as <!-- HTMLTagInstance html-tag-fbc99a51-01de-4383-9a21-108275018ed8 -->audio lockscreen could look like.<\/div>\n<p>The first thing that catches the eye is of course the pill-shaped and hole cutouts that will replace the notch that currently houses the Face ID components and the front camera.  These images only show the front of the phone, so what we don&#8217;t see here are the bigger 48MP sensor and the bulgier camera island.<\/p>\n<div>Close attention has been paid to rumored software-based features, such as the always-on display, which will let you view glanceable information like date, time, and notifications without needing to unlock the phone. <\/div>\n<p>Apple has also revamped the lockscreen and it will include live-updating widgets, that will, for instance, let you access playing controls, and this can also be seen in the concept images.<\/p>\n<div>The new front design and higher resolution main camera will apparently be exclusive to the 6.1-inch iPhone 14 Pro and 6.7-inch iPhone 14 Pro Max.  Other rumored changes coming to the Pros include a new chipset, faster RAM, and <!-- HTMLTagInstance html-tag-150b2504-352c-46ee-9818-b204786b71c1 -->fatter price tags.
