Police said that the 17-year-old was shot, even after employees had agreed to make the missing milkshake.<\/p>\n<p class=\"default__StyledText-tl066j-0 dowhnV body-paragraph\">The 17-year-old was taken to the hospital with a gunshot wound to his leg, WCAU reported.<\/p>\n<p class=\"default__StyledText-tl066j-0 dowhnV body-paragraph\">Police told WCAU that surveillance cameras outside of the Chick-fil-A recorded the shooting, and that officers found a spent shell casing outside of the restaurant.<\/p>\n<p class=\"default__StyledText-tl066j-0 dowhnV body-paragraph\">\u201cWe&#8217;re pretty confident we&#8217;ll be able to identify not only the vehicle but the shooter involved in this incident,\u201d Philadelphia Police Chief Inspector Scott Small told WCAU.<\/p>\n<p class=\"default__StyledText-tl066j-0 dowhnV body-paragraph\">Police told WPVI that they had taken the DoorDash driver into custody, but did not release his name.<\/p>\n<p class=\"default__StyledText-tl066j-0 dowhnV body-paragraph\">In a statement, a DoorDash spokesperson said, \u201cWe are horrified and appalled by this brazen act of violence, and have banned the perpetrator from our platform.  We are fully supporting law enforcement with their investigation and hope justice is served.
