He averaged career-bests of 16.3 points, 5.8 rebounds and a league-leading 2.3 blocks for the Grizzlies, who tied a franchise record with 56 regular-season wins to earn the No.  2 seeds in the Western Conference.<\/p>\n<aside class=\"inline editorial float-r\" data-behavior=\"article_related\">\n<ul>\n<li><\/li>\n<li><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/a.espncdn.com\/combiner\/i?img=\/photo\/2022\/0424\/r1003833_1296x1296_1-1.jpg&amp;w=130&amp;h=130&amp;scale=crop&amp;location=center\" width=\"65\" height=\"65\"\/><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>1 Related<\/p>\n<\/aside>\n<p>Jackson&#8217;s first two seasons ended early because of knee injuries, including a meniscus tear dropped in the Orlando bubble that required surgery to repair.  Jackson missed most of the 2020-21 season while recovering from the operation, playing only 11 regular-season games and the playoffs.<\/p>\n<p>Jackson stayed healthy in 2021-22, playing in 78 games and earning first-team All-Defensive honors.
