Ostensibly the reason for this month’s stronger-than-usual content lineup is the return of Disney+ Day. The second annual marketing event disguised as a \u201ccelebration\u201d is set for Sept. 8, when the service will add a whole bunch of new goodies including several new series, director Robert Zemeckis’s \u201clive-action\u201d remake of pinocchio <\/em>starring Tom Hanks (as Geppetto, you weirdo), and the streaming premiere of Thor: Love & Thunder<\/em>.<\/p>\n
