The film is being positioned as the FINAL battle between Michael Myers and Laurie Strode, which Jamie Lee Curtis once again stresses in today’s big announcement video.<\/p>\n

Here’s the official plot synopsis for Halloween Ends<\/em>: \u201cFour years after the events of last year’s Halloween Kills<\/em>Laurie is living with her granddaughter Allyson (Andi Matichak<\/strong>) and is finishing writing her memoir. Michael Myers hasn’t been seen since. Laurie, after allowing the specter of Michael to determine and drive her reality for decades, has decided to liberate herself from fear and rage and embrace life. But when a young man, Corey Cunningham (Rohan Campbell<\/strong>), is accused of killing a boy he was babysitting, it ignites a cascade of violence and terror that will force Laurie to finally confront the evil she can’t control, once and for all.\u201d<\/p>\n

Nick Castle<\/strong>the original Michael Myers, had recently noted that Halloween Ends<\/em> will be a \u201csurprising\u201d conclusion to David Gordon Green’s trilogy, while makeup effects artist Chris Nelson<\/strong> similarly teased that the third installment in the trilogy is \u201cweird\u201d and \u201cdifferent.\u201d Andean John Carpenter<\/strong> had also called the new movie a \u201cdeparture\u201d in a recent interview.<\/p>\n

Halloween Ends<\/em> will also feature the return of Will Patton<\/strong> as Officer Frank Hawkins, Kyle Richards<\/strong> as Lindsey Wallace and James Jude Courtney<\/strong> as The Shape\/Michael Myers.<\/p>\n
