{"id":55321,"date":"2022-08-24T21:19:24","date_gmt":"2022-08-24T21:19:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/harchi90.com\/sylvester-stallone-and-jennifer-flavin-split\/"},"modified":"2022-08-24T21:19:24","modified_gmt":"2022-08-24T21:19:24","slug":"sylvester-stallone-and-jennifer-flavin-split","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/harchi90.com\/sylvester-stallone-and-jennifer-flavin-split\/","title":{"rendered":"Sylvester Stallone and Jennifer Flavin split"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>\n<p>Sylvester Stallone and Jennifer Flavin, his wife of 25 years, are divorcing.<\/p>\n<p>On Aug.  19, she filed for dissolution of marriage in Palm Beach County, Fla., according to online records.<\/p>\n<p>The couple began dating in 1988 \u2014 after the <em>rocky<\/em> star and the model had an unplanned meeting that year at a Beverly Hills restaurant \u2014 but broke up in March 1994. That one was a shock to her, as he infamously broke it off with a six-page letter delivered via FedEx.  (She later learned that he had been having an affair with another model, Janice Dickinson, and that he thought he had fathered the child Dickinson was expecting. He hadn&#8217;t.)<\/p>\n<p>Flavin and Stallone reunited in 1995 and married in 1997. The two had three daughters: Sophia, who turns 26 on Aug.  27;  Sistine, 24;  and Scarlet, 20, all of whom served as Miss Golden Globe in 2017.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"caas-figure\">\n<div style=\"\">\n<div>\n<div class=\"caas-img-container caas-img-loader noheight\"><noscript><img alt=\"Sylvester Stallone and wife Jennifer Flavin, with their daughters Sistine, Scarlet and Sophia Stallone, attend the 74th Annual Golden Globe Awards on Jan.  8, 2017. (Photo: Frazer Harrison\/Getty Images)<\/figcaption><\/p>\n<\/figure>\n<p>&#8220;I love my family,&#8221; Stallone told Yahoo Entertainment via a rep.  &#8220;We are amicably and privately addressing these personal issues.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Flavin gave her own statement to <em>people<\/em>: &#8220;I&#8217;m sad to announce that after 25 years of marriage I have filed for divorce from my husband Sylvester Stallone. While we will no longer be married, I will always cherish the more than 30-year relationship that we shared, and I know we are both committed to our beautiful daughters.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>In May, Stallone sent his wife a loving message recognizing their special day.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Happy 25th anniversary to my amazing wife,&#8221; Stallone captioned several pictures of the couple and their daughters.  &#8220;There is not enough words to describe what this incredibly selfless dedicated, patient, woman has meant to our lives and I only wish they could be another 25! Thank you sweetheart!&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Stallone has divorced before.  He was married to Sasha Czack from 1974 to 1985. He and Czack shares adult son, Seargeoh, and the late Sage, who appeared in <em>Rocky V<\/em> and died of heart disease at 36 in 2012. <em>The Expendables<\/em> actor also was married to his <em>Rocky IV <\/em>co-star Brigette Nielsen from 1985 to 1987.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p><script async defer src=\"https:\/\/platform.instagram.com\/en_US\/embeds.js\"><\/script><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Sylvester Stallone and Jennifer Flavin, his wife of 25 years, are divorcing.
