That&#8217;s how good Jamie Foxx&#8217;s imitation of Trump is in a clip that&#8217;s virally circulating.<\/p>\n<p>Foxx was on the <em>Rap Radar<\/em> podcast to promote his new Netflix vampire movie, <em>dayshift,<\/em> which units him with Snoop Dogg, Dave Franco, and Peter Stormare.  During is appearance, he broke out his take on Trump.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThere&#8217;s a lot of great people on both sides,\u201d the two-time Oscar winner said, perfectly capturing Trump&#8217;s distinctive voice.  \u201cI know Harry-O.  He&#8217;s a great person.  He couldn&#8217;t vote for me at the time.  Now he can vote for me once he gets out.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The bit was a reference to Trump commuting the prison sentence of Michael \u201cHarry-O\u201d Harris, cofounder of Death Row Records, the leading gangsta rap label of the 1990s.  Snoop Dogg was influential in the lobbying for the release.<\/p>\n<div class=\"paragraph\">\n<p>\u201cI love Snoop DO Double G,\u201d Foxx said, channeling Trump.  \u201cGreat person.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Podcast host Elliott Wilson asked, \u201cDo you love Death Row Records?\u201d<\/p>\n<div class=\"paragraph\">\n<p>\u201cI love Death Row Records.  Excuse me!  Excuse me!\u201d  Foxx said, shushing the room&#8217;s uproarious laughter.  \u201cFake news.  I love Death Row.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Foxx&#8217;s Trump later brought up COVID-19.  \u201cThey tried to give me the virus,\u201d he said.  \u201cI beat the virus.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>At the last, Foxx returned to his own voice.  \u201cHe said &#8216;They&#8217; tried to give him the virus.
