After a three-year absence, Taylor Swift is back at the VMAs.<\/p>\n

The pop phenom graced the VMAs 2022 red carpet Sunday at the Prudential Center in Newark, New Jersey, joined by Dylan O’Brien and Rina Yang \u2014 one of the stars and the cinematographer, respectively, of the Swift-directed \u201cAll Too Well: The Short Film,\u201d which is up for five awards.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

And Swift, 32, looked every inch the ever-lovely jewel (to quote her 10-minute hit) in a sparkling Oscar de la Renta dress covered in of thousands of shimmering stones, along with matching chandelier-inspired Christian Louboutin heels and \u2014 for even more shine \u2014 Lorraine Schwartz diamond drop earrings and rings.<\/p>\n

She swept her hair back and parted her bangs down the middle, adding a slick of her signature red lipstick and a crystal-studded cat eye for added glam.<\/p>\n

Page Six exclusively reported that the \u201cLove Story\u201d luminary would be attending the VMAs this year.<\/p>\n

And earlier on Sunday, rumors started swirling after that Swift would be wearing this particular party-ready dress after Oscar de la Renta shared (and then promptly deleted) a Reel showing off the design up close, captioned with, \u201cShining just for you tonight \u201d \u2014 lyrics from the songstress’ track \u201cMirror Ball\u201d \u2014 along with a disco ball emoji.<\/p>\n

Swift is nominated for Video of the Year, Best Longform Video, Best Cinematography, Best Direction and Best Editing for her \u201cAll Too Well\u201d short film, which also stars \u201cStranger Things\u201d actress Sadie Sink, as well as the \u201cBlank Space\u201d singer herself.<\/p>\n

The \u201cFolklore\u201d favorite has stayed largely out of the spotlight lately, making only a few public appearances \u2014 including to screen her \u201cAll Too Well\u201d film (and surprise fans with a performance) at the Tribeca Film Festival and make a cameo at one of Haim’s concert stops.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n
