After he was caught breaking into the LSU football locker room, former Indiana football defensive tackle Ralph Green III was arrested and booked on several assault-related charges. He was recorded outside of Tiger Stadium in handcuffs surrounded by police and security.

Green reportedly claimed that he was the reason that LSU won the 2019 national championship.

The LSU Police Department was called to the scene after Green followed a woman into the Tigers’ locker room, where he cornered another witness and then assaulted him and threatened to kill him. The police told Green to leave, but he threatened another witness and refused verbal commands. The officers used department-issued tasers on Green, then attempted to handcuff him as he spit at them.

Green was brought to the LSUPD headquarters and spat on the transporting officer. He was escorted to the hospital after being stunned. He continued to spit on hospital staff and assaulted an EMT, then a stun gun was used and Green was booked at East Baton Rouge Parish Prison.

Green was booked under charges of battery of emergency medical service, resisting an officer by force, battery of a police officer and public intimidation.

According to a report by The Daily Hoosier, Green was charged in 2015 while at Indiana with battery, public intoxication and disorderly conduct.
