{"id":81505,"date":"2022-09-29T07:44:36","date_gmt":"2022-09-29T07:44:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/harchi90.com\/matt-buschmanns-wife-sara-walsh-has-aaron-judge-jokes\/"},"modified":"2022-09-29T07:44:36","modified_gmt":"2022-09-29T07:44:36","slug":"matt-buschmanns-wife-sara-walsh-has-aaron-judge-jokes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/harchi90.com\/matt-buschmanns-wife-sara-walsh-has-aaron-judge-jokes\/","title":{"rendered":"Matt Buschmann&#8217;s wife, Sara Walsh, has Aaron Judge jokes"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>\n<p>Sara Walsh is thousands of miles away from her husband, Blue Jays bullpen coach Matt Buschmann, but she&#8217;s well aware of the historic night unfolding in Toronto.<\/p>\n<p>Moments after Yankees superstar Aaron Judge hit home run No.  61 to tie Roger Maris&#8217; record, the sports broadcaster, 44, <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/Sara_Walsh\/status\/1575295950725201922\" target=\"_blank\">took to Twitter<\/a> as it was revealed that Buschmann, 38, initially snagged the ball. <\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><figcaption>Matt Buschmann, the Blue Jays bullpen coach, and wife Sara Walsh, a sports broadcaster.<\/figcaption><figcaption><span class=\"credit\">Instagram\/Sara Walsh<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>\u201cBad news is I&#8217;m down here in Florida battling a hurricane, but the good news is I can announce my retirement\u2026.\u201d  Walsh remarked of Hurricane Ian, which severely impacted the state.<\/p>\n<p>A short time later, Walsh \u2014 who has been married to Buschmann since 2014 \u2014 joked about a potential separation as he simply gave the ball to the Yankees without checking on his nearest and dearest.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOh cool.  He just handed that back without checking to see if our house is still here?  I&#8217;d next like to announce our divorce,\u201d Walsh tweeted in a separate message.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-rich is-provider-twitter wp-block-embed-twitter\"\/>\n<p>Buschmann handed the ball over to Yankees security, <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/WFAN660\/status\/1575297057107181568\" target=\"_blank\">per WFAN<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Hours before Judge smashed the historic homer off the Blue Jays&#8217; Tim Mayza in the top of the seventh inning of Wednesday&#8217;s game, Walsh shared a message on her Instagram Story from a loved one that read, \u201cI&#8217;m super glad that y&#8217;all are hunkering down for your lives while Matt is in TOR hoping Aaron Judge doesn&#8217;t homer on one of his guys.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Well, as Walsh expressed in a follow-up post, \u201cThings have taken a turn.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The Yankees, who clinched the AL East title on Tuesday night, wrapped their three-game series in Toronto with an 8-3 victory on Wednesday.<\/p>\n<p>Judge&#8217;s first attempt at No.  62 will come Friday night back in The Bronx against the Orioles.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<p><script async src=\"\/\/platform.twitter.com\/widgets.js\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script>    .<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Sara Walsh is thousands of miles away from her husband, Blue Jays bullpen coach Matt Buschmann, but she&#8217;s well aware of the historic night unfolding in Toronto.
