But then, the former NBA journeyman did an about-face, and said that the situation was \u201c100 times uglier\u201d than he had previously thought.<\/p>\n<p>Barnes appeared on \u201cVlad TV\u201d and continued to discuss the matter. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cI&#8217;ve seen, from the owners to the dancers, and everything in between.  It&#8217;s kind of its own little reality show,\u201d Barnes said, about the general fooling around that others like Stephen A. Smith have asserted is commonplace in professional sports organizations.  \u201cAgain, to each his own.  No one&#8217;s claiming to be perfect.\u201d<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\">\n<p>\n<span class=\"embed-youtube\" style=\"text-align:center; display: block;\"><\/p>\n<div class=\"ast-oembed-container\" style=\"height: 100%;\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Matt Barnes on Ime Udoka: When Everything Comes Out He&#039;ll Be Lucky to Ever Coach in NBA (Part 2)\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/GXxRFHTSJqE?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/div>\n<p><\/span>\n<\/p>\n<\/figure>\n<p>But then Barnes doubled down on his insinuations that there is more out there than has been reported publicly with the Udoka scandal.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBut, like I heard it&#8217;s not about what he did, it&#8217;s about who he did it [with] that is really going to kind of flip the game upside down when it comes to this instance,\u201d Barnes said.  \u201cThis is not something that&#8217;s only the NBA.  This happens in the workplace all around.  But like I said, it&#8217;s not so much the act.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>It has been reported by TMZ that Udoka had an affair with a staffer who arranged travel logistics for the team, and was even involved in making hotel plans for Udoka&#8217;s fiancee, actress Nia Long. <\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><figcaption>Ime Udoka was suspended for at least a year by the Celtics.<\/figcaption><figcaption><span class=\"credit\">Getty Images<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Shams Charania has reported in The Athletic that an investigation conducted by the Celtics revealed that Udoka also made \u201cunwanted comments\u201d towards a woman with whom he had an affair.<\/p>\n<p>Udoka, who took the Celtics to the NBA Finals in his first year as head coach, was suspended for at least a year by the team.
