He was asked for his thoughts on the backlash that <em>Euphoria<\/em> star Sydney Sweeney faced for allegedly having Trump-supporting family members.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">\n<p>\t\u201cWell, my family is from Arizona, so if you can get in trouble for what your parents think \u2014 uh, it&#8217;s been a good run,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube\">\n<p><div class=\"ast-oembed-container\" style=\"height: 100%;\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Weekend Update: Michael Longfellow on Conservative Family Members - SNL\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/_BwcVr-su2g?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/div>\n<\/p>\n<\/figure>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">\n<p>\tLongfellow added that his \u201cdad is anti-Covid vaccine\u201d as \u201che doesn&#8217;t really believe in the virus\u201d adding he thinks it&#8217;s \u201ccrazy because every anti-vax article he sends me gives my computer 10 of them.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">\n<p>\tJost and Che were also joined by James Austin Johnson and Kenan Thompson on the desk as Mitch McConnell and Republican Senate candidate Herschel Walker.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">\n<p>\tIt was also Johnson&#8217;s first ever \u201cWeekend Update\u201d appearance.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">\n<p>\tChe pointed out some of the questionable statements the former football player has made such as \u201cOur good air decided to float over to China&#8217;s bad air, so when China gets our good air, the bad air got to move.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">\n<p>\t\u201cI&#8217;ll slow down so you can understand,\u201d Thompson&#8217;s Walker said.  \u201cWe all know air, right?  Air Bud, Air Jordan\u2026 Erin Brokevich.  Science don&#8217;t understand.
