The singer took to social media to update fans, revealing that all four people who were on the bus, including himself, \u201cwere all treated for significant injuries.\u201d <\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">\n<p>\tMichael Wilson Hardy was on the road after completing two shows in Bristol, Tenn., which is when the tour bus overturned on a portion of Interstate 40 West near Nashville, according to a report by the Tennessean.  The artist has already been released from the hospital, \u201cordered by the doctors to recover for the next few weeks.\u201d  However, his bus driver is still being treated. <\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">\n<p>\t\u201cOur friend and bus driver needs your prayers as he is still in the hospital,\u201d Hardy wrote in his statement.  \u201cHis family is with him while he is being treated and we&#8217;re all pulling and praying for him.\u201d <\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-rich is-provider-instagram wp-block-embed-instagram\"\/>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">\n<p>\tThe singer also acknowledged that the recovery time \u201cmay cost us at a couple of shows,\u201d but he affirmed there will be updates from his team \u201cin the coming days.\u201d  The singer and his camp were scheduled to play a string of shows through December, starting on Oct.  8 at Globe Life Field with his longtime friend, Morgan Wallen, in Arlington, Texas.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">\n\t<em>variety<\/em> has reached out to Hardy&#8217;s team for further comment. <\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">\n<p>\tHardy rose to fame in 2018 with the song \u201cUp Down,\u201d featuring frequent collaborators Wallen and Florida Georgia Line.
