Besides changes to the media player, Android 13 QPR1 Beta 2 has allowed us to enable \u201cBattery Health\u201d on Pixel phones. <\/p>\n

Once live, visiting Settings app > Battery will reveal a new \u201cBattery Health\u201d menu item. This page will let you \u201cview battery health status\u201d and get \u201ctips to extend your battery’s lifespan.\u201d <\/p>\n

As needed, the Battery Health feature will display prominent warning messages like \u201cNeeds attention.\u201d<\/p>\n

You can tap on the percentage to get more details, with Google further noting how the percentage it provides is an \u201cestimated measurement of your battery capacity relative to when it is new.
