{"id":97868,"date":"2022-10-15T11:35:21","date_gmt":"2022-10-15T11:35:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/harchi90.com\/seth-green-says-bill-murray-picked-him-up-by-his-ankles-and-dropped-him-in-the-trash-aged-9-2\/"},"modified":"2022-10-15T11:35:21","modified_gmt":"2022-10-15T11:35:21","slug":"seth-green-says-bill-murray-picked-him-up-by-his-ankles-and-dropped-him-in-the-trash-aged-9-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/harchi90.com\/seth-green-says-bill-murray-picked-him-up-by-his-ankles-and-dropped-him-in-the-trash-aged-9-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Seth Green says Bill Murray picked him up by his ankles and dropped him &#8216;in the trash&#8217; aged 9"},"content":{"rendered":"<div id=\"main\">\n<p>Seth Green is the latest actor to accuse Bill Murray of inappropriate behavior.<\/p>\n<p>speaking on the <em>Good Mythical Morning<\/em> YouTube show, Green said he was nine when the <em>Groundhog Day<\/em> actor picked him up by the ankles backstage on <em>Saturday Night Live<\/em> and dumped him in a rubbish bin.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWhen I was nine years old, I did a spot on <em>Saturday Night Live<\/em> when Mary Gross was one of the on-the-scene anchor people for the news, and she did a whole thing about what kids think about the Christmas holiday,\u201d Green recalled, adding that Murray was the show&#8217;s host that weekend.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c[Murray] saw me sitting on the arm of this chair and made a big fuss about me being in his seat,\u201d the <em>Austin Powers <\/em>actor said.  \u201cAnd I was like, &#8216;That is absurd.  I am sitting on the arm of this couch.  There are several lengths of this sofa.  Kindly eff off.&#8217;  And he was like, &#8216;That&#8217;s my chair&#8217;.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Though his mother attempted to get the young actor to move, Green refused to do so, thinking: \u201cAre you this much of a jerk?  This rude to tell a nine-year-old to get out of your chair.  What is this power play?\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHe picked me up by my ankles,\u201d Green explained.  \u201cHe Held me upside down\u2026 He dangled me over a trash can and he was like, &#8216;The trash goes in the trash can.&#8217;  And I was screaming, and I swung my arms, flailed wildly, full contact with his balls.  He dropped me in the trash can, the trash can falls over.  I was horrified.  I ran away, hid under the table in my dressing room and just cried.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><em>The Independent <\/em>has contacted Murray&#8217;s representatives for comment.<\/p>\n<p><div class=\"ast-oembed-container\" style=\"height: 100%;\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Tell The Truth Or Eat The Nasty Food (ft. Seth Green)\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/1wIJW9HJcGs?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/div>\n<\/p>\n<p>Green&#8217;s anecdote comes days after<em>Thelma &#038; Louise<\/em> actor Geena Davis reflected on a \u201cbad\u201d encounter she had with Murray early on in her career.<\/p>\n<p>Davis told <em>The Times <\/em>that Murray insisted on using a massage device on her despite her repeated protests.<\/p>\n<p>Earlier this year, production on Aziz Ansari&#8217;s directorial film debut, <em>Being Mortal<\/em>, was suspended due to a complaint of \u201cinappropriate behavior\u201d against Murray.  It was alleged he had kissed and straddled a crewmember.<\/p>\n<p>In an April interview, Murray responded to the shutdown, saying: \u201cI had a difference of opinion with a woman I&#8217;m working with.
