Eddie Van Halen and Valerie Bertinelli’s last Wolfgang announces engagement to girlfriend after nearly seven years together: ‘She said yes!’

Wolfgang Van Halen, the son of the late Eddie Van Halen, is engaged.

The rocker, 31, announced his engagement to his girlfriend of nearly seven years, Andraia Allsop, on Instagram on Wednesday.

‘She said yes!!’ he gushed in the caption, along with three red heart emojis.

In the photo, taken by Andraia, the newly engaged couple were the picture of bliss as they snuggled up close to one another.

Andraia showed off her stunning diamond ring, featuring a dazzling band, as she gently placed her hand to his chin.

In April, Wolfgang attended the Grammys with Andraia and his mother Valerie Bertinelli following his nomination for Best Rock Song.

Despite not winning the gong, Wolfgang expressed his appreciation for the nod in a gushing tribute where he praised Andraia and his mother.

‘We came, we saw, but we did NOT conquer and that’s ok! I got to have a wonderful night with the two most important women in my world,’ he posted to Instagram, along with a photo of the three on the red carpet.

‘Such an honor to be nominated for the first song I ever released on my own, in a category with artists I’ve looked up to my entire life. I don’t know if that’ll ever fully set in.

‘Pop didn’t win the first time he was nominated too, so it looks like I’m following in his footsteps quite nicely.

Eddie Van Halen co-founded the California rock band, Van Halen, with his brother Alex Van Halen.

The band, with David Lee Roth on vocals and bassist Michael Anthony on bass, went on to become one of the huge recording and touring rock bands of the late 1970 and 80s with songs like Unchained, Jump, Ain’t Talkin’ bout Love, Hot For Teacher and Running with The Devil.
