The Leagues of Votann have a big reveal today. Meet one of their new HQ options — The Votann Kahl!
We’ve seen a ton of the Leagues of Votann units already (and we’re hoping for more). But we’ve been wondering who’s going to lead them into battle? Well, today we get to meet one of their leaders. Check out the mighty Votann Kahl!

“On the tabletop, these stalwart HQ choices are the core around which the Leagues of Votann’s war machine revolves, directing assaults while smacking their foes with the business end of a plasma ax. Their most important role, however, is to cast the Eye of the Ancestors over their foes – marking out priority targets and ensuring the most dangerous enemies are the first to feel the wrath of the Kin.”

Check that miniature out! Also note the red paint job. That’s because this particular Kahl is from the Ymyr Conglomerate. It’s one of the sub-factions within the Leagues. It’s different from the teal ones we’ve seen previously which are the Greater Thurian League.
These leaders are backed by the Kindred’s ruling Votannic Council and have earned their spots by years of battle experience. They know what they are doing and how to lead their kin to battle.
This is a multi-part plastic kit and you’ll be able to build various versions of the Votann Kahl depending on what you like. He’ll have different heads, weapons, and equipment to choose from. Also note the Volkite weapon he’s packing, too! It’s more Imperial-adjacent tech to mull over.

Looks like we’ve got a couple of Standard Bearers as well. One is a Ram’s head. The other is a boar. Maybe the latter one is a Standard boarer. Anyhow, I wonder what rules they’ll provide. Are they going to be like Chapter Ancients or perhaps they will provide auras like a Captain or Lieutenant. We’ll have to wait to find out…
